ntuc project ho ho ho...

ended...

21 of nov we 1st step in the yck cc hall totally clean and the floor totally no rubbish.we waited for the ntuc stuff to come down to brief us.after the briefing the book have nt come so we ncos planed some game for the cadet...and after that the book came after the lunch and so we started sorting it.starting the hall was veri queezing so i started calling ppl move the boxes up the stage and the recycle bin to the back of the hall and after that there is enough space,before hand i think alot wad to do and i finally did it..... at 5 pm cadet fall in we debrief them and dismiss them.todae was a boring day but i feel a sense of achivement.in making the hall space=)

22 of nov i came late 1 hour and the book have not come.wait till after lunch the book come we started sorting it,in 1 hour 30 min we finish sorting and after that we totally nth to do.so our instuctor started playing catching wif them run ard the cc lke a kid lol as if dey have a bad childhood.i also allow cadet to go out and buy food or stuff.at 5 pm cadet fall in and we debrief them and today totally boring day.

23 of nov we did the same thing play,eat,lunch and sort book ,the book came in small amount totally no kick as we got many volunteer.cadet started playing lke mad dey even break the broom in the cc....i feel that if we give in to cadet too much they will started clawing on to our head.at 5 pm asual fall in and some veri rubbish cadet created trouble and i punished them and they even laugh,well this cadet r so hyper.as in observe they r the one that knoe all the trick and how how to tackle ppl in the right time and also they r good follower but dey must get the right path.

24 of nov todae nothing much,cadet complained is too bored and so i allowed them to play.same thing when the book come we do when time to play we play wild.lol

25 of nov playful cadet after sorting book,started climbing up the stage and hand up on the curtain and the curtain dropped.at tat time i feel veri veri angry.and i feel that i nt good as in did not make sure their safety.our teacher is there and ask us to report to the cc so we did.for the playful cadet, i give him chance,i believe in giving chances and well hees playful and caused alot of problem that day.we lecutured him and we make sure he learn his mistake.
