Hmm long time no blog...back here now recently ncos camp...3 to 5 june...1st day of camp we enter the camp wif a happy mood and hmm later on the training get tough abit..and 1st nite at 3 plus we were waked up and do changing parade..we did it in PT kit to full u in 4 min..and lol...den 2nd morning pt...xiong seh...2.4 i even chiong all the way...in my mind is i must do better dan my cadet...a leader must be better before he can lead his man...ya?yup..and after tt is arm drill..we even got 2nd class test lar i did veri badly..den after tt 2nd nite...is interview..and my appointment is training coordinator..kinda happy abt it..and hmmm after tt whacking...becoz we did alot of stupid thing in the stocking taking...ya...and being whole at pumping postition for veri long song seh...and lol...3rd morning light pt and den breakfast liao MOI drill mi tio LOL...nt bad...nt bad..=p hehe..den after tt area cleaning and of coz go home i dun wan to list so many thing down..lol..in this camp i learn alot of thing lke sense of urgency,inititive,discipline,unity,thinking ncos,MOI drill,lecuture on campfire,lecture on unit...and last of all endure.

LMSC- Leadership and Mentoring Skills Course

lol this course is at bowen sec lar..1st day of course mi kinda tired cannot open my eyes..and lol was appointed to squad 2 song ar got sum 1 ah hem.. at this course 1st day is lecture games..1st day is mentoring skills and communciation skill 2nd day is leadership and teambuliding..Management and Organisation skills..and at this course also learn alot of basic aspect of a leader...u resepct sum 1 before u can gain respect frm him....if u wan to be a good leader u must be a good follower..a leader is sumone who lead his man to sum where dey nv went before...a thinking leader...a humble leader ...a socialise leader.....

2nd day performance kinda entu...montfort is lke kinda the best sense of urgency,initiative,discipline and vounteering skills...

3rd day test go home

actually i dun wan to say so much ...yup tat all i wanna say


most of us there r power tristy..all fighting for power end of conflicts and jeleous...
we take thing for granted...
