haha bloging now hmmm back frm running wif yu sheng..he damm so sad over his crush shanon haha hope his love hope will come ture haha...hmmm spend quite long time wif him toking abt relationship wif gals and more..

hmm now here bloging toking to terence moi squadmate on future ncos life..and i notice tt i keep giving advice..hmmm we also tok abt our squadmate being anti-social toward ppl and i think tat is wrong as a leader ...must knoe how to communicate and work and relate well wif ppl outside ya...and we also tok abt own ncos..... abt how dey react toward us...and how dey treat us in np and in normal sch time..and tat is veri important i think...and we also tok abt our sec 2 and y sum sec 3 able to control dem without using ani voice..mostly i think...is becoz the sec 2 look upon dem as senior ...a role model..ya?hmmm den i also think tat is how dey relate to their cadet in normal sch time...tat is imporant... we also think tat as ncos cannot suddenly shout at cadet on their face...unless reason...move in squad also no nid go shout on his face...coz i think should just giving fair warning..den if move agian ncos will decide wad to do ya?hmmm and we also tok abt cadet and ncos...ncos nid nt be fierce to control the squad well..frm wad i think if ur man is realli discipline and u knoe how to control urself in np and outside i think ur man will simply knoe..if dey climb on to ur head ..simply just knock it down u all think i am ur friend now iz?continue 20 fer mi...coz here is np and np is np outside is outside..i guess his man will knoe the mistake and will learn frm it and knoe ur expectation in npcc...ya ...i guess i am working toward my soft skill and how to control cadet ya..?a leader should continue learning even he is the best
