end all the paper le finally..but waiting fer my result..i knoe is gonna fail..haha..i nv take this seriously...

haha...mi decided to run everyday or swim...wei le my backbone i dun mind...hmmm can relax my mind too..
todae afternoon play gunbound..lose alot of round..guess my skill r all gone when i quited fer 2 year haha...lke noob lke tt...
now in sch found tt more and more ppl are knowing mi...guess getting popular as ppl say the wei yi past 2 year in montfort got sum bad reputation..this year ppl say i getting popular and more well behave liao..i guess i knoe how to think..npcc 1 leh..leader..a leader 1st must be a role model..before he can do anithing else..he must have discipline before he can be a leader..tat wad i think?ya haha...

gonna be ncos at 29 july..hope i can be the parade commander.unit admin...

i think unit admin is the greatest among ncos..he the 1 tat gonna be responsible for the unit.he the one tat gonna plan the stuff and improve training..he the 1 assist ncos make sure everything is going smooth...he is the tat knoe wad to do at all times..he the one tat make sure tat safety is there...he the one tat must be able to interact wif cadet well...knoe when is np when is outside..
he the one tat knoe cadet problem and he the one tat is veri strict..he the 1 tat knoe how to set different expectation for his cadet and ncos..he the 1 must be the most responsible...he must be a good role model...alot more fer UA to do...this is wad i think so far....

i now have confident for choosing the post UA last time no confident.as i move on my target also not to 4got my squadmate..i gonna prove tat wei yi is sumthing...not a worthless idiot.i gonna do my best as i move toward my goal...as i believe UA must be able to face unit problem able to face cadet problem...UA is not a easy job must as he go he gain more experience .UA must be hardworking..UA got more thing to learn on how to run the whole unit wif his man.UA must be strong in character...have sum moral quality.for wad i am UA is the most headach 1 but wei yi gonna face it..he can do it..

i gonna serve npcc wif pride and hunor...i gonna be a great leader,great ncos.a good np cadet.
