recently awarded spf-npcc badges to me is nothing is just a badges that make your uniform look nicer. if way back sec 3 or 2 i will be telling everyone and hao lian around. so what if you got the badges? i rather think that i have changed alot with npcc thats make me learn the importance of humble leader. without being humble you are totally off from learning right and wrong, off from learning, your follower will never look up to you coz they think you are arrogant. for the sake of montfort npcc uopa this year 1 point ya.... uopa is nothing most importantly is the younger generation benefited from the training becoming a better person.

i use to thing before take over tat time ...i always thought that i can chiong everything and i can let my squadmate go and die yes i got this thinking and my attiude is totally sux up that period...and i manage to change into a better person this year.becoz all ppl hate mi dey sabo mi and tat e time i learn to accept ppl learn not to take thing for granted soon i gain back respect and ppl accepted mi...i changed yes i did...but i still need to improve more...i become a training coordinator before take over my squad unity is there after that all power tristy? or no mood? i not sure....when come to leadership we always get sscrewed....tat period of time i agian started to chiong thing myself no ppl helped mi and i almost die-.- and i cried in that particular parade...soon ppl help and dey did theri job but agian dey did becoz ppl ask them....after atc we screwed up our own atc and i gt choosen as best camper candidate but i nt a best camper so wad? but my sch screwed up....after atc my squad improved and later time moral go down agian...now left a few more mth to POP july? yup...my turn i will do my best to brign my squad back ....i will be a good TC.LEt be postive look forward for next year history will nv repreat agian...

lol i went for camp tat week..which weak huh?14/12 hahaa to 15/12...this camp challanging esp those at risk student..day 1 meet in sch at 7 am....we leave at 7.45 and go to raffles marine there country club...over there we reach le we take our camp staff....after tt camp briefing start of camp pitch tent.bag inspection.1st activity is kayaking....my 1st time althought at atc i am taught how,i did well...the S M A R T apply in kayaking and my determination to reach the point=)!! i did it... water rafting...bulit a raft but failed lol...hahaha my teammate is veri gangster like,i am being scolded for nth ....well nvm i learn how to due wif them.after that is teambonding game....a rope 1 circle and pass the rope without using hand...team boned easily when the insturctor say wanna punish lol....all did the same thing just to achive e thing.after that wash up and haf dinner.after dinner is a workshop....change in life..the insturctor tok abt his past he said onli one himself can change other ppl can help the onli thing is ownself...in order to change sacrifices must be made.after tat is blind man trail. we r blind floded and we have to walk in a line our instuctor will guide us...i nt scare coz i trust the instuctor..after that i think abt a bline man, how to lives...dun take thing for granted,god give us hand and wadever use it in a correct manner mar=!after that wash up and slp...my tent mate dun wanna slp and we r given 5 th warning and we were scolded and made to run 2 round and stand for 30min...lecturing...he tell mi in order to be a good leader,once have to be a good follower,in order to be old and wise,once have to be young and 2pid.after tt slp...
day 2 wake up ...wash up and breakfast 1st activity of the day archaring...markman lol i did okok lar this tell u to forcus on our target all ppl r able to forcus toward their goal=)

21 of nov we 1st step in the yck cc hall totally clean and the floor totally no rubbish.we waited for the ntuc stuff to come down to brief us.after the briefing the book have nt come so we ncos planed some game for the cadet...and after that the book came after the lunch and so we started sorting it.starting the hall was veri queezing so i started calling ppl move the boxes up the stage and the recycle bin to the back of the hall and after that there is enough space,before hand i think alot wad to do and i finally did it..... at 5 pm cadet fall in we debrief them and dismiss them.todae was a boring day but i feel a sense of achivement.in making the hall space=)
22 of nov i came late 1 hour and the book have not come.wait till after lunch the book come we started sorting it,in 1 hour 30 min we finish sorting and after that we totally nth to do.so our instuctor started playing catching wif them run ard the cc lke a kid lol as if dey have a bad childhood.i also allow cadet to go out and buy food or stuff.at 5 pm cadet fall in and we debrief them and today totally boring day.
23 of nov we did the same thing play,eat,lunch and sort book ,the book came in small amount totally no kick as we got many volunteer.cadet started playing lke mad dey even break the broom in the cc....i feel that if we give in to cadet too much they will started clawing on to our head.at 5 pm asual fall in and some veri rubbish cadet created trouble and i punished them and they even laugh,well this cadet r so hyper.as in observe they r the one that knoe all the trick and how how to tackle ppl in the right time and also they r good follower but dey must get the right path.
24 of nov todae nothing much,cadet complained is too bored and so i allowed them to play.same thing when the book come we do when time to play we play wild.lol
25 of nov playful cadet after sorting book,started climbing up the stage and hand up on the curtain and the curtain dropped.at tat time i feel veri veri angry.and i feel that i nt good as in did not make sure their safety.our teacher is there and ask us to report to the cc so we did.for the playful cadet, i give him chance,i believe in giving chances and well hees playful and caused alot of problem that day.we lecutured him and we make sure he learn his mistake.

day 1 28/11
early morning 7.30 cadet falling in,instructor came out from the npcc office and take charge of their respective squad.the cadet look excited and some look tired.
7.30 to 0800 booking in procedure,take attendance,this also include inspection of bag for banned item in the camp.After checking the ncos take the squad for a small drill session which is wrong they should prepare their cadet for the next activties or let cadet to have water break as the timetable did not state that there is drill for this session. following what is suppose to do,instructor must know the next activities and get ready.Follow the activities stated in timetable.
0800 to 0830 Camp Opening Parade / Briefing Of Camp Objective,the camp opening we are late by 5 min because instructor are not aware of the time stated in the timeable.After opening parade is our camp objective briefing,
the objective for the sec 1 is iniative,discipline,bonding,responsibility and also to let them learn as much as they can in the camp and also to promote them to next rank.Let talk about my role as a camp runner,my role is to make sure everything run smooth and assist the ncos in everything possible.
0830 to 0930 sec 1 Uniform lecture, the ncos teach the cadet the standerd for the uniform what should be done and what should nt be done.this session is very smooth.the lecture was boring i believe the ncos can make the lecture more intresting and fun.
Method of Instruction Lecture (drill) the sec 2 ncos teach the basic MOI as next year they taking over the unit. During the lecture, the ncos who got nothing to do tense to disturb the lecture and i think the activities should take action instead of playing with them too.the sec 2 got better knowledge on how to lead the squad for drills.camp coordinator must ensure the program go smoothly without intrupution and camp runner should assist the camp coordinator.
0930 - 1230 sec 1 and 2 drill session,low moral,but when use the promotion to attract them the squad moral tense to boost up.drill session insturctor should take note of mistake and correct them on the spot instead of leting dem repreat the same mistake.the cadet got better understanding for drill after revision.drill intructor must be alert and must take note of squad moral and safety.
1330 - 1430 (sec1)after lunch the sec 1 song session smooth running and the sec 1 have fun singing.for this session i can notice that cadet got no intrest,but song session is important it add joy and fun for atc esp campfire.cadet lke to shout song not sing song.
1330 - 1530(sec 2) gadget ,the sec 2 was asked to bulit a gadet,i told them to bulit a notice board but fail.ncos highlight mistake to them and told told them to carry on with another gadget.the cadet learn from their mistake and enjoyed the session
1430 - 2030 i was out of sch to prepare for next day session Urban Topology my sir and i have to go around the area frm serangoon ave 1 ,kovan centre,gold fish sentury ,seng kang secondary school and back to sch it take 6 hour for us to complete the thing.we wallk this is a challange for my mind and i learn that in urban topology not nesscary have to walk to same route we can cut through HDB flag .there is more than a way do thing, find the most easier way=)
1930 - 2130 cadet having 1st aid course lecture by the teacher officer i could't turn up as i was prepareing for urban topology a seriously mistake make by instructor,take took moree dan 15 min to settle down the cadet and cause the next session i-game to be taken out frm the secdule.the lecture end up end at 1030.
2230 – 2300 debrief session we debrief the cadet what is going on and how the ncos feel and we also let cadet to write reflection.after that we let them wash up and clean themselve
2330 is their light off cadet went to slp
after 2330 ncos playing risk.being scolded by the TO for the mistake we did today and he said that the ncos was slacking and does not perform up to standerd.when the TO ask weather we finish the next day program planning we say yes.but actually is not done .i learn that after cadet went to slp we ncos must gather up and talk about todae and get ready tmr activities.
day 1 i feel that there is alot of mistake did today.we ncos must control our squad fully and also be more discilpine today the campcraft session end early for sec 2 and the ncos bring them play soccer tat is a serious mistake and i feel that the over in charge must have more control over the ncos.i learn the important of time management,command and control. i feel that the ncos gained experience through the day 1.
Day 2 29/11
6.30 amhahah when sleeping being disturb by the senior ncos take shoe polish and disturb us -.-...we wake up at 6 in the morning is so cold...and later on prepare for the day....when 6.25 insturctor waiting in the office for appointed IC to report but he didn't, the IC was being pump and follow by the squad for poor iniative.
0630 - 0705 cadet have their breakfast .
0705 – 0715 flag rising weee...
during 7.30 am the sec 1 have their training a Macritchie Reservoir and i was nt invloved in the activity.before leaving one of the cadet daren he reported to the camp as he left the campsite last nite because he got tution.And his father complain the logistic ,thing happen lke this ,this cadet because he complain his boot is too small and the logistic ask him go beach road and buy and this thing started,and the father is angry because daren himself change boot 2 time and he need to buy another pair....but i believe someone foot won't grow so fast ,this cadet is can say a trouble maker.After that the bus leave for Macritchie Reservoir. i stayed in school to look at the sec 2 activity.
0715 – 0845 the sec 2 having PT i was not there as i was prepareing to set off to check the route for the Urban Topology .
0845 – 1200 but at this hour i reach the school at 11am..mi and terence cycle to check the route and is okie.cadet still doing rope obstacle and they still buliding up the foundation.at 11.30 the obstacle completed and our TO mr seah demo the obstacle how to do this obstacle and after that i tired too and was quite hard.no 1 completed the obstacle.in this rope obstacle i learn how to tie the single rope obstalce and how to ensure safety.for this lecture there is 1 mistake,the ncos did't ask TO Seah what he is doing to teach for todae rope obstacle and lucky TO seah know that we did't know anithing about rope obstacle,but before hand the equipment should be ready.....
1200 – 1300 lunch time during my lunch time we rougly tell mr seah how the Urban Topology is going .and after that we have a extra planning during the lunch time.but we get to eat.
1300-1400 Orienteering, we teach the cadet the useage of compass and how to read a map.during abt 1300 the sec 1 reach the school and have their lunch till 1400. 1400(sec 2) we split them into group and in the 4 grp there is a ncos follow around to ensure safety.the check point IC set of immediately at 1330 and i got bicycle and i bringing around the 1st aid box so i can set off at 1400.without cadet knowing where i go.
1400-1730 at this time i reached the check point seng kang sec.over there i waited for them.at abt 1430 the 1st grp reached.at 1530 the 2nd grp reached.at 1645 3rd grp reached.at 1715 the last grp reached.and after that i leave the place head back to school.throughout this thing i learned that thing should be plan before hand so we can get ready without worrying.something good is we ensure safety,safety 1st ,game 2nd.
1400-1800 (sec 1)sec 1 having 3rd classs test and the test run smoothly and most of the cadet manage to pass.the test is planed before hand but we fail to print a marking sheet.we have to wrtie on foolscap not veri good.
1800 – 1930 dinner and wash up
1930 – 2130 the lecture started at 1945.but we did not get our cadet ready for the Lecture (NWZ) we end up dragging the time till 1955.before we dismiss them we should have told our cadet to report back and pass down insturction to the cadet but we failed to do so.
2130 – 2230(sec 1) a sharing session.the squad ncos talk to them about their life in npcc and they want the cadet to plan what they really wanted in npcc.
2130 – 2230(sec 2) song session they have their song session and the ncos teach them a song call when she coming down the mountian.is a nice song and this session is fun and enjoyable.
2230 – 2300 sec 1 and 2 have their debrief and later they wash up and prepare them to light off.
2330 light off
after that the Cis talk to the ncos for hours and i need not attend the briefing but i go around to look after the cadet.they sleeping in the foyer as the field is raining.at 0230 am i went to slp and at 0420 i was being waked up by the senior ncos to prepare for fire drill.and at 0430 the fire drill started.the sec 2 was slow and they still can wear their shoe..and they was being scolded and punish for not taking it serious.the fire drill we make a mistake we should be alert all the time not the senior ncos wake us up.
Day 3 30/11
waked up at 0600 and washed my face and brush my teeth.and at 0630 the cadet fall in and get ready.compared to yesterdae the IC are much more iniative.at 0645 the ncos get ready the equipment that will be used at east coast.at 0700 we get ready and leave for east coast.when we reach is about 0800 and we have breakfast till 0900. at 0900 the cadet gather up and we have our 1st game the taping game,this game go like this cadet place their hand on the floor and cross across reach other and they will tap their hand and there is 2 tap change of direction this purpose of this game is to have fun and to bond the cadet together.
the 2nd game is the folding game ,we give them the puncho and 15 ppl will squeeze together in the puncho and dey suppose to fold the puncho as small as possible they failed to do so. to promote communciation,team bonding and iniative.
the 3rd game the circle game, we use a rope and make a circle and cadet are surpose to get into the circle and sing a song.and they manaaged to do so.to promote communciation,team bonding and iniative.
the 4th game the bucket lifting we give the cadet a bucket of water 1/4 filled and they must lie down on the ground and lift the bucket up and got a few team failed and cause themselve to get wet.to promote communciation,team bonding and iniative.
the 5th game since the cadet are wet we let them form 1 circle and ask them go into the sea.and they failed to listen and they are having their own fun when i ask them back they don't care and carry on and they are being punish.the cadet say the session is fun and the activites carry out by mi is sucessful.the ncos all rented bicycle as they was told that they got 1 hour of own time but the activity end up eating up all the time.this teach the ncos that finish all thing thing before thinking about play.
we leave east coast at 1130 we reach sch at 1215. we have to rush back to school and prepare for camp breakking.at 1230 we finish all the packing area cleaning.at the bag storing room we found alot of belonging in the room and we take out and ask the cadet to claim it.and it took a long time.at 1300 we dismissed them we could't even do the debreif.i learn that time management is important.for this camp the 3rd day that is in-charge can say was a sucess as i was able to carry out activity and comment frm cadet they say they gt not enough.through this camp i feel that the instuctor have improve during the 2nd day and i feel that for me i did well and i think i can work even harder to achive what i realli wan.
tomorrow is my camp le sian.....hope it will run well 28 29 30 three day of camp..

at 1st take over i thought can slack lol actually no!!!! lol work even harder for the unit...>.< well i also plan to leave but no! as i think back my cadet life...mssnpcc teach mi so much and discipline mi so much and also help mi bulid up my confidence lev,my leadership,my attiude,my character and my moral values...i already faces so much challanges within the 3 years next year the 4th year.... more challanging but come on i take it...k lar well my goal in np now is pass out wif satifaction pass out wif a sense of accoplishment .

lol this course is at bowen sec lar..1st day of course mi kinda tired cannot open my eyes..and lol was appointed to squad 2 song ar got sum 1 ah hem.. at this course 1st day is lecture games..1st day is mentoring skills and communciation skill 2nd day is leadership and teambuliding..Management and Organisation skills..and at this course also learn alot of basic aspect of a leader...u resepct sum 1 before u can gain respect frm him....if u wan to be a good leader u must be a good follower..a leader is sumone who lead his man to sum where dey nv went before...a thinking leader...a humble leader ...a socialise leader.....

hahah long time no blog lar hor...
lol i went for camp tat week..which weak huh?14/12 hahaa to 15/12...this camp challanging esp those at risk student..day 1 meet in sch at 7 am....we leave at 7.45 and go to raffles marine there country club...over there we reach le we take our camp staff....after tt camp briefing start of camp pitch tent.bag inspection.1st activity is kayaking....my 1st time althought at atc i am taught how,i did well...the S M A R T apply in kayaking and my determination to reach the point=)!! i did it... water rafting...bulit a raft but failed lol...hahaha my teammate is veri gangster like,i am being scolded for nth ....well nvm i learn how to due wif them.after that is teambonding game....a rope 1 circle and pass the rope without using hand...team boned easily when the insturctor say wanna punish lol....all did the same thing just to achive e thing.after that wash up and haf dinner.after dinner is a workshop....change in life..the insturctor tok abt his past he said onli one himself can change other ppl can help the onli thing is ownself...in order to change sacrifices must be made.after tat is blind man trail. we r blind floded and we have to walk in a line our instuctor will guide us...i nt scare coz i trust the instuctor..after that i think abt a bline man, how to lives...dun take thing for granted,god give us hand and wadever use it in a correct manner mar=!after that wash up and slp...my tent mate dun wanna slp and we r given 5 th warning and we were scolded and made to run 2 round and stand for 30min...lecturing...he tell mi in order to be a good leader,once have to be a good follower,in order to be old and wise,once have to be young and 2pid.after tt slp...
day 2 wake up ...wash up and breakfast 1st activity of the day archaring...markman lol i did okok lar this tell u to forcus on our target all ppl r able to forcus toward their goal=)

ntuc project ho ho ho...
ended...
21 of nov we 1st step in the yck cc hall totally clean and the floor totally no rubbish.we waited for the ntuc stuff to come down to brief us.after the briefing the book have nt come so we ncos planed some game for the cadet...and after that the book came after the lunch and so we started sorting it.starting the hall was veri queezing so i started calling ppl move the boxes up the stage and the recycle bin to the back of the hall and after that there is enough space,before hand i think alot wad to do and i finally did it..... at 5 pm cadet fall in we debrief them and dismiss them.todae was a boring day but i feel a sense of achivement.in making the hall space=)
22 of nov i came late 1 hour and the book have not come.wait till after lunch the book come we started sorting it,in 1 hour 30 min we finish sorting and after that we totally nth to do.so our instuctor started playing catching wif them run ard the cc lke a kid lol as if dey have a bad childhood.i also allow cadet to go out and buy food or stuff.at 5 pm cadet fall in and we debrief them and today totally boring day.
23 of nov we did the same thing play,eat,lunch and sort book ,the book came in small amount totally no kick as we got many volunteer.cadet started playing lke mad dey even break the broom in the cc....i feel that if we give in to cadet too much they will started clawing on to our head.at 5 pm asual fall in and some veri rubbish cadet created trouble and i punished them and they even laugh,well this cadet r so hyper.as in observe they r the one that knoe all the trick and how how to tackle ppl in the right time and also they r good follower but dey must get the right path.
24 of nov todae nothing much,cadet complained is too bored and so i allowed them to play.same thing when the book come we do when time to play we play wild.lol
25 of nov playful cadet after sorting book,started climbing up the stage and hand up on the curtain and the curtain dropped.at tat time i feel veri veri angry.and i feel that i nt good as in did not make sure their safety.our teacher is there and ask us to report to the cc so we did.for the playful cadet, i give him chance,i believe in giving chances and well hees playful and caused alot of problem that day.we lecutured him and we make sure he learn his mistake.

promotion camp reflection=) sec 1 and 2
day 1 28/11
early morning 7.30 cadet falling in,instructor came out from the npcc office and take charge of their respective squad.the cadet look excited and some look tired.
7.30 to 0800 booking in procedure,take attendance,this also include inspection of bag for banned item in the camp.After checking the ncos take the squad for a small drill session which is wrong they should prepare their cadet for the next activties or let cadet to have water break as the timetable did not state that there is drill for this session. following what is suppose to do,instructor must know the next activities and get ready.Follow the activities stated in timetable.
0800 to 0830 Camp Opening Parade / Briefing Of Camp Objective,the camp opening we are late by 5 min because instructor are not aware of the time stated in the timeable.After opening parade is our camp objective briefing,
the objective for the sec 1 is iniative,discipline,bonding,responsibility and also to let them learn as much as they can in the camp and also to promote them to next rank.Let talk about my role as a camp runner,my role is to make sure everything run smooth and assist the ncos in everything possible.
0830 to 0930 sec 1 Uniform lecture, the ncos teach the cadet the standerd for the uniform what should be done and what should nt be done.this session is very smooth.the lecture was boring i believe the ncos can make the lecture more intresting and fun.
Method of Instruction Lecture (drill) the sec 2 ncos teach the basic MOI as next year they taking over the unit. During the lecture, the ncos who got nothing to do tense to disturb the lecture and i think the activities should take action instead of playing with them too.the sec 2 got better knowledge on how to lead the squad for drills.camp coordinator must ensure the program go smoothly without intrupution and camp runner should assist the camp coordinator.
0930 - 1230 sec 1 and 2 drill session,low moral,but when use the promotion to attract them the squad moral tense to boost up.drill session insturctor should take note of mistake and correct them on the spot instead of leting dem repreat the same mistake.the cadet got better understanding for drill after revision.drill intructor must be alert and must take note of squad moral and safety.
1330 - 1430 (sec1)after lunch the sec 1 song session smooth running and the sec 1 have fun singing.for this session i can notice that cadet got no intrest,but song session is important it add joy and fun for atc esp campfire.cadet lke to shout song not sing song.
1330 - 1530(sec 2) gadget ,the sec 2 was asked to bulit a gadet,i told them to bulit a notice board but fail.ncos highlight mistake to them and told told them to carry on with another gadget.the cadet learn from their mistake and enjoyed the session
1430 - 2030 i was out of sch to prepare for next day session Urban Topology my sir and i have to go around the area frm serangoon ave 1 ,kovan centre,gold fish sentury ,seng kang secondary school and back to sch it take 6 hour for us to complete the thing.we wallk this is a challange for my mind and i learn that in urban topology not nesscary have to walk to same route we can cut through HDB flag .there is more than a way do thing, find the most easier way=)
1930 - 2130 cadet having 1st aid course lecture by the teacher officer i could't turn up as i was prepareing for urban topology a seriously mistake make by instructor,take took moree dan 15 min to settle down the cadet and cause the next session i-game to be taken out frm the secdule.the lecture end up end at 1030.
2230 – 2300 debrief session we debrief the cadet what is going on and how the ncos feel and we also let cadet to write reflection.after that we let them wash up and clean themselve
2330 is their light off cadet went to slp
after 2330 ncos playing risk.being scolded by the TO for the mistake we did today and he said that the ncos was slacking and does not perform up to standerd.when the TO ask weather we finish the next day program planning we say yes.but actually is not done .i learn that after cadet went to slp we ncos must gather up and talk about todae and get ready tmr activities.
day 1 i feel that there is alot of mistake did today.we ncos must control our squad fully and also be more discilpine today the campcraft session end early for sec 2 and the ncos bring them play soccer tat is a serious mistake and i feel that the over in charge must have more control over the ncos.i learn the important of time management,command and control. i feel that the ncos gained experience through the day 1.
Day 2 29/11
6.30 amhahah when sleeping being disturb by the senior ncos take shoe polish and disturb us -.-...we wake up at 6 in the morning is so cold...and later on prepare for the day....when 6.25 insturctor waiting in the office for appointed IC to report but he didn't, the IC was being pump and follow by the squad for poor iniative.
0630 - 0705 cadet have their breakfast .
0705 – 0715 flag rising weee...
during 7.30 am the sec 1 have their training a Macritchie Reservoir and i was nt invloved in the activity.before leaving one of the cadet daren he reported to the camp as he left the campsite last nite because he got tution.And his father complain the logistic ,thing happen lke this ,this cadet because he complain his boot is too small and the logistic ask him go beach road and buy and this thing started,and the father is angry because daren himself change boot 2 time and he need to buy another pair....but i believe someone foot won't grow so fast ,this cadet is can say a trouble maker.After that the bus leave for Macritchie Reservoir. i stayed in school to look at the sec 2 activity.
0715 – 0845 the sec 2 having PT i was not there as i was prepareing to set off to check the route for the Urban Topology .
0845 – 1200 but at this hour i reach the school at 11am..mi and terence cycle to check the route and is okie.cadet still doing rope obstacle and they still buliding up the foundation.at 11.30 the obstacle completed and our TO mr seah demo the obstacle how to do this obstacle and after that i tired too and was quite hard.no 1 completed the obstacle.in this rope obstacle i learn how to tie the single rope obstalce and how to ensure safety.for this lecture there is 1 mistake,the ncos did't ask TO Seah what he is doing to teach for todae rope obstacle and lucky TO seah know that we did't know anithing about rope obstacle,but before hand the equipment should be ready.....
1200 – 1300 lunch time during my lunch time we rougly tell mr seah how the Urban Topology is going .and after that we have a extra planning during the lunch time.but we get to eat.
1300-1400 Orienteering, we teach the cadet the useage of compass and how to read a map.during abt 1300 the sec 1 reach the school and have their lunch till 1400. 1400(sec 2) we split them into group and in the 4 grp there is a ncos follow around to ensure safety.the check point IC set of immediately at 1330 and i got bicycle and i bringing around the 1st aid box so i can set off at 1400.without cadet knowing where i go.
1400-1730 at this time i reached the check point seng kang sec.over there i waited for them.at abt 1430 the 1st grp reached.at 1530 the 2nd grp reached.at 1645 3rd grp reached.at 1715 the last grp reached.and after that i leave the place head back to school.throughout this thing i learned that thing should be plan before hand so we can get ready without worrying.something good is we ensure safety,safety 1st ,game 2nd.
1400-1800 (sec 1)sec 1 having 3rd classs test and the test run smoothly and most of the cadet manage to pass.the test is planed before hand but we fail to print a marking sheet.we have to wrtie on foolscap not veri good.
1800 – 1930 dinner and wash up
1930 – 2130 the lecture started at 1945.but we did not get our cadet ready for the Lecture (NWZ) we end up dragging the time till 1955.before we dismiss them we should have told our cadet to report back and pass down insturction to the cadet but we failed to do so.
2130 – 2230(sec 1) a sharing session.the squad ncos talk to them about their life in npcc and they want the cadet to plan what they really wanted in npcc.
2130 – 2230(sec 2) song session they have their song session and the ncos teach them a song call when she coming down the mountian.is a nice song and this session is fun and enjoyable.
2230 – 2300 sec 1 and 2 have their debrief and later they wash up and prepare them to light off.
2330 light off
after that the Cis talk to the ncos for hours and i need not attend the briefing but i go around to look after the cadet.they sleeping in the foyer as the field is raining.at 0230 am i went to slp and at 0420 i was being waked up by the senior ncos to prepare for fire drill.and at 0430 the fire drill started.the sec 2 was slow and they still can wear their shoe..and they was being scolded and punish for not taking it serious.the fire drill we make a mistake we should be alert all the time not the senior ncos wake us up.
Day 3 30/11
waked up at 0600 and washed my face and brush my teeth.and at 0630 the cadet fall in and get ready.compared to yesterdae the IC are much more iniative.at 0645 the ncos get ready the equipment that will be used at east coast.at 0700 we get ready and leave for east coast.when we reach is about 0800 and we have breakfast till 0900. at 0900 the cadet gather up and we have our 1st game the taping game,this game go like this cadet place their hand on the floor and cross across reach other and they will tap their hand and there is 2 tap change of direction this purpose of this game is to have fun and to bond the cadet together.
the 2nd game is the folding game ,we give them the puncho and 15 ppl will squeeze together in the puncho and dey suppose to fold the puncho as small as possible they failed to do so. to promote communciation,team bonding and iniative.
the 3rd game the circle game, we use a rope and make a circle and cadet are surpose to get into the circle and sing a song.and they manaaged to do so.to promote communciation,team bonding and iniative.
the 4th game the bucket lifting we give the cadet a bucket of water 1/4 filled and they must lie down on the ground and lift the bucket up and got a few team failed and cause themselve to get wet.to promote communciation,team bonding and iniative.
the 5th game since the cadet are wet we let them form 1 circle and ask them go into the sea.and they failed to listen and they are having their own fun when i ask them back they don't care and carry on and they are being punish.the cadet say the session is fun and the activites carry out by mi is sucessful.the ncos all rented bicycle as they was told that they got 1 hour of own time but the activity end up eating up all the time.this teach the ncos that finish all thing thing before thinking about play.
we leave east coast at 1130 we reach sch at 1215. we have to rush back to school and prepare for camp breakking.at 1230 we finish all the packing area cleaning.at the bag storing room we found alot of belonging in the room and we take out and ask the cadet to claim it.and it took a long time.at 1300 we dismissed them we could't even do the debreif.i learn that time management is important.for this camp the 3rd day that is in-charge can say was a sucess as i was able to carry out activity and comment frm cadet they say they gt not enough.through this camp i feel that the instuctor have improve during the 2nd day and i feel that for me i did well and i think i can work even harder to achive what i realli wan.

at 1st take over i thought can slack lol actually no!!!! lol work even harder for the unit...>.< well i also plan to leave but no! as i think back my cadet life...mssnpcc teach mi so much and discipline mi so much and also help mi bulid up my confidence lev,my leadership,my attiude,my character and my moral values...i already faces so much challanges within the 3 years next year the 4th year.... more challanging but come on i take it...k lar well my goal in np now is pass out wif satifaction pass out wif a sense of accoplishment .
by doing so 1st my target for e unit ish my cadet will be a better person next time wif leadership skills and wif discipline and so on....tat my target..will for skills lke campcraft all this well is easy if pratice...so i nv look at tat...

knoing her is easy, toking is easy, expressing urself to her is easy..but have i ever think how she feel , wad she thinking.......even though she might appear happy but i might not knoe tat inside her heart is broken..........ya i tense to lke to look at people at there external apperance but not their internal apperance.yes there is alot i can do for her but the thing i do will make her even more stress,even more irriatiing? sometime might suspect this and that,if trust her shouldn't been suspecting rite but well people tense to be jeleous of certain thing but i believe if everyone can learn to be more mature be more understanding and so on it would make urself happy and of coz myself happy......
well for her i must learn to get close intend of just knoing her life but also to learn more abt her personaility ..and alot more....well depend on fate....

i am back from bloging......let tok abt friday........friday was sick.. and got np lor .......and it dun turn out good it sux.......during debrief was a lecture session tio shoot alot..altough i din get shoot much .......and i cried all of a sudden for certian word damien sir say.......and later on go long john wif damien sir although was sick..coz go home damm sian....
although my ncos squad is falling apart due to some thing ......i believe our moral will be back and we will beat the rest.....been having alot of stress coz i nt a good leader yet..a good leader should't have stress...and i will improve learn ......

lol 1st day of atc....wake up at 5.30am and get on ready to sch...when reach sch so suprise i am the 1st guy to reach den follow by the rest....after inspecting sec 2 bag i went up and settle all the notes.....hee den at 8.30 we leave the school.....reach le new changi jetty den CI kee chin bring us till there only coz he got to prepare for NS haa...den take bum boat to p.bin camp...reach le p.bin camp full of song of coz.. den almost reach le campsite-.- montfort siao siao run inside campsite coz dey wan over take pei cai lame seh haha...reach le of coz fall in den do grouping....den lol i change my grp wif ai ping haha...den suay lor my grp is dam quiet 1 lol sian diaoZ nvm..den later on carry on wif activities report strength all this i keep taking over coz no 1 wan to take...1st activies is my land xp......tat 1 we got all the check point lor.....den after land xp is almost dinner time le..aha.....den after dinner campfire commitee lor den sleeping time?
HO damien meet us in the training shed and scold us becoz of 1 screw up of the t-shirt tat 1 i dun wanna say i simply piss of when the trust given to my squad and dey take it lke tat....fine den...after tt mr loh tok to mi and gerald to c wad can be done...haiz
2nd day- got fire drill.....wah kaoZ...haha den after we prepare for next activities tat is PT lol..PT damm fun not xiong at all one...can c alot of guy lie flat haha...after tat go fun frm sec 3 camp site to sec 2 camp site haha...den after tat is breakfast lor...den my grp is at another shed tat is not so crampy and the senery look damm nice...den after tat report strength agian den next activities is ATF lol my ATF no kick lor easy hahha..but ATF got abit of fear if no fear mean stupid...but must overcome fear.......den after ATF is lunch le each activities is 4 hour ...den after lunch is kayking damm suay got CAT 1 so cannot go out to the sea but to wash kaya we is the last grp to have kaya so we r washing for dem lor-.- suay haha.......but we still got fun haha..
den after dinner wash mess tin veri dirty wash alot of dem lol...si bei sian...coz all the mess tin was taken back to wash...den after tt campfire .....campfire was fun but den damm sian coz alot of thign i dunno mar hhaha sian diaoZ...den after campfire is mess debrief den after tat damien debrief the montfort agian this time even more screw up 1st is the song at the foyer when i was not ard i dunno wad happen becoz i was at the kayaking there den the rest dunno did wad screw up at foyer den 2nd is the unity 3rd is volunteer......seldom c montfort ppl lead the whole camp other than grp leader....damm sian... tat nite was damm piss and was veri veri veri sad
3rd day wake up at 5.30 fall in at 6 den area cleaning haha den after tat is bebrief den go home and i cried infornt of area 6 as i was too touched and along the way sing sing lor den we choose to take another route tat got nice senery lol...den reach le jetty den go there drink coconut den go home lor.....den at changi village makan hahha.....den nth much le......
this atc bring mi alot of memories my last atc happen to saw her ard but still veri quiet nv go tok to her nvm lar will got chance to interact next time...or this is the last time we meet le...den ya still lke her dunno y......i can tell u i still dun realli understand her i still dun realli knoe her well i must bak up le...

hi all i am back here agian..yesterdae is my passing in parade...in the morning we have lot of fun esp the junior use water bomb and throw at us haha...den is fun lar although being bullied lor...hahaz den after tt is the powerpoint presentation the summary of life of the sec 4 certian slide touched mi alot alot alot.after tt is lunch break i go back and take full u and go back sch and prepare..den next...last pop rehersal and later is pop parade...the parade is quite a sucessful...and yup and after the parade we r confirmed ncos..after the parade the feeling is veri sad and happy becoz the sec 4 leaving us and happy becoz take over le...den later is buffet and cut pop cake and presentation of sort of call medel...=)
at the bbq the sec 3 leave early coz dey got sumthing on and so ..over there damien sir tok to us..and found tt my sec 3 squad is not veri good got alot of internal conflicts...how to slove dem?i dun care as a leader of the squad i am gonna slove dem all...

okie. beside plan failure we also make last min planing in between...and all the thing is cock
up...and mi mouth is still allergy so i cannot tok...but i tried i even tok to the whole unit.

Hmm long time no blog...back here now recently ncos camp...3 to 5 june...1st day of camp we enter the camp wif a happy mood and hmm later on the training get tough abit..and 1st nite at 3 plus we were waked up and do changing parade..we did it in PT kit to full u in 4 min..and lol...den 2nd morning pt...xiong seh...2.4 i even chiong all the way...in my mind is i must do better dan my cadet...a leader must be better before he can lead his man...ya?yup..and after tt is arm drill..we even got 2nd class test lar i did veri badly..den after tt 2nd nite...is interview..and my appointment is training coordinator..kinda happy abt it..and hmmm after tt whacking...becoz we did alot of stupid thing in the stocking taking...ya...and being whole at pumping postition for veri long song seh...and lol...3rd morning light pt and den breakfast liao MOI drill mi tio LOL...nt bad...nt bad..=p hehe..den after tt area cleaning and of coz go home i dun wan to list so many thing down..lol..in this camp i learn alot of thing lke sense of urgency,inititive,discipline,unity,thinking ncos,MOI drill,lecuture on campfire,lecture on unit...and last of all endure.

lol this course is at bowen sec lar..1st day of course mi kinda tired cannot open my eyes..and lol was appointed to squad 2 song ar got sum 1 ah hem.. at this course 1st day is lecture games..1st day is mentoring skills and communciation skill 2nd day is leadership and teambuliding..Management and Organisation skills..and at this course also learn alot of basic aspect of a leader...u resepct sum 1 before u can gain respect frm him....if u wan to be a good leader u must be a good follower..a leader is sumone who lead his man to sum where dey nv went before...a thinking leader...a humble leader ...a socialise leader.....
2nd day performance kinda entu...montfort is lke kinda the best sense of urgency,initiative,discipline and vounteering skills...

hey hey long time no blog liao worx haha...long story haha..friday haha Npcc Services day quite boring onli do 30 half an hour duty lar...becoz of mr tang the wonderful OC he simply -.- is a idiot lar...den after service day is NRC(non residencial training) friday onli a short while...have MOI drill...teach us how to conduct drill training in a veri good way..den rope obstacle...ya...den hmm den after tat go home lor haha..then left sec 1 and 2 in camp...den i was the IC fer the NRC actually is okie lar...den ar hmmm on saturdae sport day doing duty lor..haha damm sian after tt reported back to sch fer NRC...todae do rope obstacle lor vri fun de haha....den er after tt leadership game...lol...den er nth go home lor haha...sunday lol...all the way in sch fer training...went to punggol park to have training haha...den after tt got arm drills...den got map reading training haha...den after tt prepared fer get together session..lol...monday lol...last day of NRC stay in sch on sunday,monday wake up immediately PT ...sec 3 in charge for the PT lol....mi and wei jun is the main PTI...i incharge of 3 BX tough 1...he in charge of warm up and warm down lol..after PT arm drills...veri boring coz everyone suddenly leave got sumthing on..den sian lar...dunno when got the chance to get training agian!i LOVE NRC...Sec 3 Squad IS UNited...
